How are my items packaged?
Whether your item travels in a box, bag, or envelope, you can be assured it is packaged strongly, securely, and with great care to prevent breakages or damage while travelling to your door! Gift wrap is part of the service and is always free!

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
I take a lot of care and time photographing and preparing detailed listings so you have all the information you need when deciding whether to buy. Please take the time to check the photos AND the descriptions as I don't accept returns, refund items, or offer exchanges if you have a change of mind or heart once your item has been ordered and sent. If ever you require more information about an item, please contact me BEFORE you complete your purchase & I'll be very happy to help.
Do you ship internationally?
International customers are always welcome and I always post within
1-2 business days of receiving payment. To keep postage costs as low as possible, international packages are sent with Australia Post's Economy Airmail Service (no tracking). Delivery time is anywhere between 10 business days-3 weeks depending on your location & your country's customs clearance procedures. Please understand that I have no control over delivery times and delays may be experienced during peak holidays (such as Christmas). Australia Post charges additional fees for international tracking, insurance, signature on delivery, and Express Air Mail services. If you require any of these, please contact me BEFORE buying so I can adjust the postage cost for you.
How long will it take for me to receive my parcel within Australia?
I always post by Regular or Standard Parcel Post within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. If you place an order on a Friday after midday, or during the weekend, it will be posted on a Monday. Australia Post determines delivery times and that can be anywhere between 2-14 days (depending on your location). If you prefer your parcel is delivered via Registered or Express Post or with tracking options, just let me know BEFORE you purchase so I can advise you of the additional cost. Any orders totalling $100 or more are automatically sent as a 'Signature on Delivery' parcel.
What happens if my items are damaged, broken, stolen, or lost while in transit?
I will help you liaise with Australia Post in the unlikely event of any of these situations occurring, but please be aware that I am not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. You will need to notify me within 24 hours of receiving any broken or damaged parcels & send me a photograph of the damaged packaging and goods so I can help you liaise with Australia Post. Breaking or damaging an item while you are unwrapping your package is not considered "damage while in transit" so please unwrap with care!
How do I buy more than one item in the same order?
It's easy! Just convo me with the list of items you'd like to buy and I will create a custom listing for you that includes the postage / shipping cost to your specific destination. The standard buying rules apply- payment at the time of order, then I will pack and post your order with 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.
Do you refund any differences in shipping or postal charges?
The postage fee you are charged at checkout is based on the combined cost of Australia Post's delivery fee + the cost of the box or envelope your item travels in + the cost of any protective wrapping used to ensure your item is protected in transit. Orders totalling $100 or more are sent with Australia's Post's Signature on Delivery charge. If I have overestimated the total by more than $3 I will be more than happy to refund the difference. Gift wrapping is always free!
What should I expect when I buy a vintage item?
Vintage items are just that.....vintage! They have been around for a long time- some can be up to 100-years old! And they have been loved, handled, and used by their previous owner(s). So please be aware that when you buy a vintage piece you are not buying a "new" item. I will always clearly describe and photograph any marks, stains, chips, cracks, or other age related wear, or any damage. But, if you still have questions after carefully checking ALL the information and photos, please feel free to contact me.
